This machine BRMH-315 is a series of heat fusion machine that used for welding saddle shaped pipe fittings. The diameter of main pipe can be to 315mm, and the branch-pipe diameter can be fit for 110mm and 160mm.The standard clamps are suitable for the PE pipe fittings which are accordance with GB/T13665-2000.
This kind of machine is suitable for producing HDPE tee pipe fittings.
Select the parameters, like pipe,diameter,SDR,connecting type. Then the welding parameters will be adjusted fully automatic. The welding pressure can be calculated according to the pipe type.
When select the custom option, operator can change the parameter.
Automatic program for welding process.
Automatic measurement of drag pressure and automatic pressure compensation during welding.
There is one welding data log stored in the HMI memory.That can query the fittings according to the job date.Then can select the pipe weld number ,so the pipe welding data will be displayed on the screen ,like the welding data and temperature and pressure time curves of the pipe welds. HMI memory can save 1800 pieces of pipe welding data and temperature and pressure time curve, and will record the old record with a new record.
Display, print and screen labels are available in two languages (Chinese and English).

1. The input power is 380V/415V±10% 3 phase 50Hz. If using an extended power supply line, the line must have sufficient section to provide adequate power.
